Very nice hotel and accommodation. After an issue at what Toronto calls their "premier" hotel caused me to scramble, finding this place at 1030pm on a Sunday night not only made my stay much more enjoyable, but also allowed me to see more of the city in the time there. Great pricing especially at the last minute and clean rooms with very considerate front guest services

Good: The highlight of our stay was the hotel’s location as it’s close to pretty much everywhere you want to go. It’s extremely easy to get around either walking or by subway.
Bad: I needed a firmer mattress to be 100% comfortable and WiFi should be complimentary.
Had to pay extra for wifi. Not one vending pop/water machine worked on all floors. Was advised we had to…
Bad: I am totally blown away .Simply amazing. So Clean location great .Just about to eat a great smelling breakfast 😁been ten years me and my husband hasn't gotten out for a night .You know kids cost ect.... So the price here made this night possible . Thank you .
Good: Everything else was perfect Bad: Wifi for payment

Suite was good. Had a baby crying it was quite annoying

A generally unremarkable hotel, though at the center of the unrepentant commercialism surrounding Yonge Dundas. Staff are friendly and rooms are quite comfortable. The hotel will not win points for its details as it has some shoddy renovation elements and amenities are pretty limited. But it's reasonably affordable for being located so close to the center of things.
Good: Inexpensive and very close to Younge-Dundas Square downtown. Bad: No free wifi in the rooms. Only the lobby. No…
Wifi was not included in the price of the room.
Parking was not clearly marked and included another 25$ charge not included with room. Hotel staff was very short while on the phone with us, not very friendly. Room was enjoyable but small.

Hotel was conveniently located in the financial district, across the street from the Toronto 'Times Square" like area. It was within walking distance from Old Town, Chinatown, Kensington Market, the Catholic Basilica and Eaton Center (a great shopping center!). There were numerous restaurants within walking distance as well. Room was small but adequate if only used for sleeping. Very clean. Could use better soundproofing (between rooms). Outside noise was not a problem.
This isn't a review, more of a question. I see the website shows pet friendly. we are coming out of…
I liked that it was in walking distance of restaurants and shops, heart of downtown Toronto. I loved the chic, modern decor. It was quiet in spite of being in a busy area. The hotel was clean and thr bed was comfortable.
Cons: $25 daily parking fee and some mold in the shower lining.
Good: Location is good and central . Bad: Need to Improve Breakfast facilities
We loved this hotel. Friendly, clean, nice rooms, convenient to many places. Will stay here again for sure. Reasonable

I had a last minute trip to Toronto and the Bond hotel was significantly cheaper than all other options in the area.
It's a no-frills hotel. It's clean and comfortable. The rooms are small but well-organized. It has everything necessary, a comfortable bed and a powerful hairdryer. The staff is welcoming and friendly.
The air conditioning does make noise but you quickly get used to it.
Ok location . Room basic,,staff friendly Containers for soap and body wash were empty. No hand soap. Called and they…
This was my 2nd stay. Nice, no frills hotel in a great downtown location! Rooms are slightly small, but we don’t go to Toronto to stay in our room, so it isn’t a concern. The old building is updated enough that IMHO it is one of the better values in Toronto. Very short walk to shopping on Queen St., China Town, and Kensington Market. Parking deck is also a major plus!

We stayed here on our wedding night and it was perfect. With a little extra wait time we were given the best room! They provided me with a place to change out of my wedding dress, a place to go while we waited (the museum literally right beside) and a bottle of wine with a note. It was the perfect end to our day. Would 100% recommend, the location and staff were fantastic!
The location was perfect and the room size was really good.

It was our first time to visit Toronto and stay in a hotel there. I can’t compare bond hotel to others in Toronto. We were happy to stay in the down town near everything. We used the room just to sleep a little bit before we continue our journey. It was good, clean, but very small. It suits people who wants to just a place to spend the night. The bed was not comfortable at all. The parking is on the other side of the road and it is underground. We had to take our luggage and cross the street. I feel that i have to try another hotel the next time, to be able to compare well.
Good: All good
Good: Very comfortable beds. Very clean.

The check in was very friendly and the hotel is clean and in a great location next to Dundas Square and all shopping and restaurants. Hotel is clean and my room was very modern. Also a great value breakfast place off the lobby.

Bond Place was a quaint little independent hotel in the heart of downtown Toronto. A block from Dundas Square it was easy to walk anywhere I needed in the city. The rooms are small but all you need and extremely clean. I very much enjoyed my stay here! Appreciated the extra security on the elevators to access the floors since I was travelling alone.
Good: Customer service Bad: Only 1 mirror in our room. Downfall for 2 people trying to get ready. No wash…

This hotel does not have a free wifi service. They charge you around $10 to use for 24 hours. The place is great for location however, when we got in our room, there were no pillows and towels. We had to ask.
Not bad. Shady part of town with lots of “characters” in the streets. But the sheets were clean and I…
Was not told about twin beds wife and I was a bit surprised, no free wifi they wanted an extra 10.99 per day other wise clean and quiet. Security at doors after dark and elevator require room key to access floor you were on was very good .
