I really liked my stay here. The front counter staff was extremely friendly and accommodating and the room was clean, nice and big. The bed was very comfortable, so had a great night sleep. There’s a ton of restaurants around and the general location is very good. Will definitely want to stay here on my next visit.

Good: Love this place, really nice and excellent value for money I thought. View was decent, room was comfortable, staff were nice. It was close to Pizza Pizza which does Gluten Free pizza, which is wonderful for GF travellers :D There are an absolute truckload of eateries nearby, metro connections, a shopping mall with a Dollarama and other places. We didn't even use public transport in Toronto, from the location of the hotel we just walked everywhere.
Bad: no complaints to be honest, the wifi situation wasn't very modern but it's not the end of the world as everything else regarding the stay massively exceeded expectations.

The location is everything. We were attending a performance of Anastasia at the Mirvish Theatre on a cold, wet, blustery night and the hotel is located just around the corner. Easy access to Eaton Centre and subway lines. That said, the following day, with better weather, we were able to walk all around central Toronto while the hotel looked after our bags. I also tried the Mediterranean Breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel and found it tasty and filling: no cravings throughout the day.
Nice clean rooms, comfortable bed, close enough to events happening in the city
100m from Dundas subway station and Eaton centre mall. Close to restaurants. The room was small but functional. I would…
It's central, it's good value, it's clean and it's quiet.
For somewhere to just get a good sleep in downtown Toronto it checks all the right boxes.
Also: Hotel parking is only $25 with in and out permissions which is really handy.
Good: Great location, basic hotel that does the job! Bad: You have to pay for wifi and parking and they…
Great location, friendly receptionist. The only thing we found an issue was the house keeping kept taking our bath towels away and didn’t replace them! Or replaced them with ones that were wet.
Otherwise, we were very happy and would stay here again :)
Very cool place to stay!

The hotel facilities are very good. It’s very modern and functional place with very comfortable rooms. Consider installing a microwave heater in the room if possible.
The place was kept clean always during my stay. However They don’t give free WiFi and breakfast.
The staff were friendly, courteous and very helpful

Perfect location for exploring DT Toronto. Staff are friendly and welcoming.
Hotel doesn't look like much from the outside and the locals can be a tad intimidating (typical North American homeless / addict issues unfortunately) BUT inside is clean, modern and quiet with a nice vibe.
I had a freakin amazing view from my window of Yonge-Dundas Sq. Rooms are well equipped with the basics like shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, soap, towels, tea/coffee, hair dryer. My room had plenty of storage for my things, local magazines and nice lighting.
Price was very reasonable and I would stay again for sure.
Only thing I would suggest as an improvement would be free wifi. I travel frequently and it is unusual to have to pay, in my experience.

Visited Toronto for a short trip over the holidays. The Bond Place was in a pretty convenient spot to allow us to explore this part of the city. Plenty of options for food and shopping within a 5 minute walk. It was a little odd that the hotel had no parking options. But we found reasonable parking just across the street.
Our room itself was perfect for the two of us. They’re not grand as far as space, but they are decently appointed including a cute electric fireplace. The bed was comfortable and fresh.
Good: Very close to most food places Bad: The beds were not comfortable.
Good: Great Location...steps away from Yonge- Dundas square.. Bad: Paid Wifi...
Great location with convenient access to shows, parking, shopping and restaurants.
My stay was great. Check in was quick and the room was clean, the sheets were fresh. The towels were…
Great location, close to everything we needed. The rooms are small but comfortable and very clean. Our housekeeper was excellent (4th floor). Security on the door in the evenings and a cafe in the lobby were nice additions. Free WIFI would have been good, we were surprised this wasn't included.

The hotel room I got was great. I had booked a double bed room which was designed nicely and very comfortable. The location of the hotel was also great! Some issues involved wifi payment as well as staff attitude. Overall good experience for the price paid.
Small rooms, but clean and updated bathroom. Close to Eaton Centre and other amenities.
Good for short trip.
Good: The location was excellent. The hotel was clean. Bad: No free wifi.
The location is good to me, so I feel secure with it. The room is cozy to me. I slept…
The Hotel is located in the center of EVERYTHING, One block away from Dundas square and Eton Center. A block from Saint Michael Cathedral Basilica, a gorgeous architectural jewel. The downfall is that the location of the hotel is not a nice area but as I said you just walk one block and you are in a nice area. You really really have to overlook that because all the rest is perfect!!!
Close to downtown and all amenities. Quiet neighbourhood. But No parking available at the Hotel.
Can see the sunrise on the top floors of the building.
It was a wonderful experience. Walking distance from shops, subway, bus, sightseeing tours and many restaurants Paid WiFi? Why? Everywhere…
The very first night (out of 8) I didn't like the room and informed the front desk. From the day after they gave me a room on a higher floor which was much better and newer.
Shoot out to Paul at front desk. Although the front desk staff is very nice and always smile, Paul goes above and beyond the customer expectations and in my case solved all the issues immediately.
The location is very convenient and the value for the money is very good.
Friendly staff and the room was very clean. The property is very close to shopping areas. Very good location.

The hotel room was nice and spacious, and was very clean overall. Though the shower's walls weren't exactly spotless, it hardly mattered to me and the rest of the bathroom was very clean.
Positives: Clean, had a window overview the city, had a nice desk + lamp against the overview, fast elevators, responsive staff. Excellent location, great food nearby (Frans, the senator. Both classic locations with a lot of history)
Negatives: The walls could use a bit more... Sound proofing. Though the city view was nice I could hear a lot of noise through the windows/walls and the first night had a few 'guests' in the room next to mine making a fair bit of noise. Or just two guests very good at voice acting, never figured out which. No microwave or anything to heat up leftovers in my room, though there was a fridge and coffee maker. The in hotel restaurant also won't let you heat food there, or eat leftovers + an order. Understandable as a business but still an annoyance as there's no other way to use leftovers in some rooms (Note restaurant is unaffiliated to hotel and is third party from what I was told). Hotel wifi costs 50$ to use unlimited for 3 devices over a 5d stay. Vending machines were a bit quirky.
Overall, very good hotel for the price. But if 'sounds' in the night bother you you may need earplugs, or if something to heat leftovers is a must then you need to carefully read over the specific room's amenities. I would still recommend it though, even with its flaws.

Reasonable accommodations for the price. The corners of the bathroom need some attention from housekeeping but overall appearance is clean. Restaurant on site was average and at least accessible. The bread/toast was the thinnest I’ve ever seen which was fine as a side for the others in my group but terribly disappointing for an order of French toast.
Not much amenities but nice location and very nice staff.
Had an amazing night but the rooms were too small.

When we first arrived at the property, we were greeted by the lovely owner/manager who was very accommodating with us. Going so far as to check us in at 9:00 am when check-in wasn't until 3:00!
Overall, the hotel room was perfect for what we needed, very clean when we arrived and there was nothing to complain about. The in-room amenities were excellent, the smart TV in the room was a fantastic feature that we did not expect.
The staff at the hotel were also very amazing, super friendly all the way from the check-in staff to the cleaning staff, all around they were very nice and friendly.
This hotel is also centered right next to everything you could do in Toronto, from a subway station to the Eaton Center only a 2-minute walk away it is a fantastic location. We will be coming back for sure next time we are in the city!

the staff were all really friendly. the hotel itself was really clean and it was a secure building. Housekeeping would come in every day and clean the room as if a new guest were arriving. would for sure stay here again :)
