It's actually a homeless shelter for covid patients now. My daughter is the nurse practitioner there and she's done an amazing job, I'm very proud of her. She knows all the residents by name and can actually relate to them.
Not sure how it was as a hotel but it's saving lives now.

Good: The availability of a 24/7 restaurant right next door is a huge plus during this pandemic. A three minute walk to St. Mike’s Hospital or Eaton Centre. Clean, sanitized room.
Bad: We would have appreciated a microwave in our room, but that’s stretching it to find a negative!
The bond hotel is the best Hotel downtown Toronto has to offer
The Bond place Hotel is a great little place to stay for price you pay and the walls are not…
Staff at the Bond and Pantages were very helpful when the Expedia reservation proved incorrect, and we were moved from Bond to Pantages. This is typical of your staff, they are always a pleasure to do business with.

The Bond motel was turned into an isolation centre for people with covid 19 or suspected covid 19.I went to the hospital for excruciating backpain.im pregnat. And the doctors listened to my lungs and asked me if I had asthma.Of course I didnt.I also smoke. So they heard the phlegm in my lungs from my smokers cough and of course they thought quite adamantly that I was infected with the virus.so instead of sending me home they sent me the Bond street hotel. It was really nice.It was really clean. The bedroom suite was kind of small but it was only me.They had a 60 inch screen TV with all the percks and the good colouring of the screen.I had a huge window but no nice view.Just other buildings and restaurants. The suite was modern, beautiful bathroom, a very good working air conditioner. So I was quite comfortable and happy there. Then my results for the virus came back and of course like I already knew and told them a million times it was flippin negative.Do they discharged me.
So what I have to say about the Bond street hotel and isolation centre is it's very modern, quiet, alot of privacy, and very comfortable.I would definitely go back to the Bond street hotel (not the isolation centre)for a couple day comfortable get away to watch Netflix and Prime tv,and get triple A Room service. It was very very nice and quiet and comfy.Great for anybody who needs to relax. Thanks Bond street hotel.I needed a couple day vaction.Even if it was just to your hotel. No regrets at all.

As a frontline staff I took on the offer this hotel had to be closer to work (downtown Toronto) during this Cov19 pandemic. I was very pleased with the friendly staff from my registration to my room. Was also pleased with the room I got which was very bright, neat & spacious, the bathroom was beautiful & modern, loved the dispensers with body soap, shampoo & conditioner.
Housekeeping staff was friendly & courteous, she even brought me a microwave in my room when I mentioned that I wanted to heat my food. I really enjoyed my stay here & am looking forward to coming back again. Special thanks to Paul(Pinoy) who made my registration quick & easy & my stay enjoyable.
Great location at Dundas Square. Clean. Friendly staff. Well designed.
Close to places we wanted to visit, room was clean.
Good: The staff are always helpful and happy
Property is well located. Property was clean and well maintained
parking overnite is too expensive which is not good rule it must be at 50% charge paid 25$ though at…
Good: The hotel is in a good location with Dundas Square a two minute walk away and the Eaton Centre a five minute walk.
Bad: Parking is not included in the room rate and it is in a separate underground lot off of the hotel property. It is across the street. The hallways were eerie and appeared to not have been renovated for some time.

Due to self-distancing because of Coronavirus, I ended up spending more time in the hotel than I anticipated. It would have been a nice gesture if the hotel would have waived the charge for wifi during this time.
It seemed a little weird to me that they charge for wifi, when it’s free at almost every other hotel.
Cleanliness, staff, etc were good.
Close to the square and subway station. Pub opposite too. Nice view from the top floor/room
Was fine not a custom to the small beds in the standard room but did the trick
Cleaness of bathrooms need to be improved. Unfortunately, due to the virus outbreaks, this time there is no any breakfast…
I flew in to Toronto and my baggage was lost. The hotel offered me toiletries as I had none and then in addition gave me free internet for my stay because of my troubles with the airline. Outstanding serice.
Good: Its in City Center of Downtown Toronto . Bad: They Dont Accept Cash ,
Newly renovated in the heart of the city.

Good: Perfect location for business if you are in Toronto for work in the Financial District or for a tourist as you are in the entertainment centre, If you are visiting universities, several are within walking distance to the hotel too.
Bad: Was not advised that there is a daily charge for wifi internet.
Clean excellent location . Reasonably priced. Would do it again. Dont like 4 business day hold on damage/security deposit. Cut…
the hotel was in Downtown.mostly close to where you want to go. Subway just walking distance.the big shopping is just a minute walk. The hotel itself is decent clean, the room a bit small but accommodated 2 person.the only thing is make sure you get the city view was the next door we most of the time we keeps the drapes . on close..WIFI is not free. over all its a pleasing hotel.
Great location, good value, very clean and helpful staff.

Good: Proximity to Subway and City Centre
Bad: It is the only hotel I have been in years where the WiFi is not free. Can you imagine having to pay over $10 a day for WiFi. WiFi is free everywhere except at Bond Hotel. Very bad.
Rooms are a bit small but functional snd clean and the service is great. Good location, not expensive.
Good: The breakfast was excellent in the restaurant off hotel lobby - very good location. The price was very good…
