-Good location, close to Eaton centre, Nathan Phillip Square, old City Hall
- Room is spacious with very clean, comfortable beds, iron & board, hair dryer, coffee maker
- one draw back: WiFi charged 10 $ for 24 hour
Nice little restaurant with fruit, baked hods for sale. Wish it had a place to workout.
The staff was friendly and helpful.. the room was clean and comfortable.. I didn’t like how they charged extra for…
Good: The location and the staff very friendly! First hotel to implement the cleaning stuff in the bathrooms ( example shampoo, body wash and contioner in containers to squeeze)!! Top 👍👍
Bad: The WiFi has to be paid extra! Should be included!
the rooms were clean, the staff was extremely courteous. Our stay there was very pleasant. Great location centralize to everything.
Very centrally located. Access to all public services within a few minutes. Food, stores and all needs.
Good: Location Bad: Nothing
Great location, clean property and great staff....tough to stay at this quality of hotel in Toronto without paying a ton...our…
It was in the heart of Toronto. Everything I wanted to see was only a short bus ride or nice walking distance.
Just a few minutes to walk to the subway station as well as the eaton centre.
I felt safe. The hotel locks from the outside at night and you must have a key card to get in. You also need a key card to go up the floor levels.
I would definitely recommend and plan to come back!
Good: Great location Updated room, fridge in room Clean Good shower Thermostat to control room temperature Bad: Late check in…
Good: The design of the room was fresh and tasteful; we especially liked the wall-to-wall desk in front of the window of similar length. The hotel is quite central - Eaton Center and downtown are literally around the corner - but we didn't feel that there were major noise problems. It's also right by a handful of great eateries, like Hokkaido Ramen Santouka.
Bad: $12 Wifi for 24 hours? Just surprising to come across otherwise decent hotels nowadays where Wifi in the room isn't complimentary.
Good: Housekeeping staff were awsome. Bad: WiFi was not included
Good: very good location!
It was great experience it’s close to everything and it was nice
Pros: Very excellent location, friendly staff. Cons: The bathroom was a little smelly on arrival, and the housekeeping people did…
I liked the location, it’s right by the subway at Yonge & Dundas. The staff were also helpful and friendly; the broken coffee maker was promptly replaced when I mentioned it.
The only things I slightly disliked was that the Netflix function on the TV didn’t seem to work (not a dealbreaker for me anyway) and the bed was a bit hard, but honestly no harder than most hotels I’ve stayed at.
Very satisfactory for the most part. Staff was friendly and helpful. A basic, clean hotel. Very well located for getting…
Boutique-style hotel; compact but convenient room.
Curtains didn't quite cover the window, and the bright LED billboard was annoying all night. Not the hotel's fault, just room location and curtain issues.
Rooms are small but nice, common areas could use an update. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Good: The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very clean, modern and centrally located
Good: Wifi was good, and staff was polite. Bad: Place was great. Only restriction is they only accept Credit Card.…
The location of the property is very close to the Eaton Centre, for what that's worth. Not a lot for us, but maybe a plus for others. The rooms are small, and the bed nearly fills the entire space. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is clean, but there is no separate reading area, desk, or lamp from the approx. .5m around the bed.
Small rooms but centrally located in downtown Toronto. Friendly staff. A couple of blocks away from Dundas Square and the…
I love the area because it was walking distance to everything. The staff were so helpful and pleasant. I would stay there again.
The one thing i disliked was that the air conditioning would get to room temperature then stop and kick back in. Instead of a constant cool temperature.
Good: Price, and location. Bad: Lack of mirrors in the room and 3rd elevator looked sketchy.
Good: I liked the location a lot. The beds were confortable and clean. The staff was very kind. Bad: The…
Good: I liked the location a lot. The beds were confortable and clean. The staff was very kind.
Bad: The air conditioning was next to the bed so when it starts you start freezing. Also they could’ve looked in the fridge while they were cleaning there was an old sandwich that smelled bad.
Good: Location Bad: Had to pay for Wi-Fi
Exceeded my expectations for a budget friendly hotel
Clean room. Some updating needed, especially corridors. Some street noise and a/c very noisy. wifi worked well. But very good…
Good: central location and general lay out style and level of comfort. welcoming and helpful staff where interactions took place.
Bad: Disappointed that Wi-Fi only came at additional cost , I have not been charged for residential Wi-Fi since 1990's.Failure to clean coffee filters prior to arrival or at any time during stay, made me very circumspect about all other areas of hygiene. Coffee shop smelled bad I did get coffee and stomach cramps and didn't understand and assumed travel bug, until detail above revealed, once was enough.
Nice hotel. Convenient location near Toronto's major mall.
