Good: The hotel is in a good location with Dundas Square a two minute walk away and the Eaton Centre a five minute walk.
Bad: Parking is not included in the room rate and it is in a separate underground lot off of the hotel property. It is across the street. The hallways were eerie and appeared to not have been renovated for some time.

Due to self-distancing because of Coronavirus, I ended up spending more time in the hotel than I anticipated. It would have been a nice gesture if the hotel would have waived the charge for wifi during this time.
It seemed a little weird to me that they charge for wifi, when it’s free at almost every other hotel.
Cleanliness, staff, etc were good.
Close to the square and subway station. Pub opposite too. Nice view from the top floor/room
Was fine not a custom to the small beds in the standard room but did the trick
Cleaness of bathrooms need to be improved. Unfortunately, due to the virus outbreaks, this time there is no any breakfast…
I flew in to Toronto and my baggage was lost. The hotel offered me toiletries as I had none and then in addition gave me free internet for my stay because of my troubles with the airline. Outstanding serice.
Good: Its in City Center of Downtown Toronto . Bad: They Dont Accept Cash ,
Newly renovated in the heart of the city.

Good: Perfect location for business if you are in Toronto for work in the Financial District or for a tourist as you are in the entertainment centre, If you are visiting universities, several are within walking distance to the hotel too.
Bad: Was not advised that there is a daily charge for wifi internet.
Clean excellent location . Reasonably priced. Would do it again. Dont like 4 business day hold on damage/security deposit. Cut…
the hotel was in Downtown.mostly close to where you want to go. Subway just walking distance.the big shopping is just a minute walk. The hotel itself is decent clean, the room a bit small but accommodated 2 person.the only thing is make sure you get the city view was the next door we most of the time we keeps the drapes . on close..WIFI is not free. over all its a pleasing hotel.
Great location, good value, very clean and helpful staff.
Quick stay but close to everything downtown. Courteous staff and willing to help whenever possible. Very pleased with my stay

Good: I like that the hotel is in the city very close to shopping and all others amenities
Bad: In the night time we didn’t have where to buy water but they told us that the water from the room is for drinking.
Good: The staff were very good! They let us sign in an hour early because our Greyhound arrived early. The…
extremly friendly staff. This hotel is in an amazing location literally steps from yonge dundas square..the heart of Toronto..restaurants ..entertainment and eaton center are steps away. Security is visable and top notch. The rooms are extemely clean and chic and modern. I highly recommend this hotel for its incredibly value where you feel like you scored an amazing deal.
The bed was incredible. The room had a direct view on the back of the ed mirvish theatre.
Good: Fantastic city centre location, good value for money !

Good: Proximity to Subway and City Centre
Bad: It is the only hotel I have been in years where the WiFi is not free. Can you imagine having to pay over $10 a day for WiFi. WiFi is free everywhere except at Bond Hotel. Very bad.
Rooms are a bit small but functional snd clean and the service is great. Good location, not expensive.
Good: The breakfast was excellent in the restaurant off hotel lobby - very good location. The price was very good…
Bad: I didn’t like on how they handled payment as they withheld more money than even the rates and up to know they have not released the withheld amount. They also made multiple deduction and refunded some amount which has caused a loss due to exchange rates difference.

Good: Bed was very comfortable, rooms are small but cozy. Pillows are with the right size and softness and a huge TV with a reasonable offer of channels. Location is great. A few good restaurants and diners in the surrounding area (I recommend the senator), Eaton center just a 2m walk away, subway just around the corner. Parking (paid) in front of the hotel.
Bad: I wanted to use wifi but there was a charge. I travel around the world and this was a first. Breakfast is in a café inside the hotel. You can use it and pay there and it's decent. Fitness center is poor with a couple of treadmills, an elyptic bicycle and a regular bicycle. A multi purpose machine and a few dumbells complete the offer. There was only one elevator working for almost two days. We would have to share it with construction workers bringing a cart with tools (!). During the busiest time of the day, which is at breakfast time. Concierge I met had the drive and availability of an irs worker.
Freshly renovated hotel, tidy and organized well.
Good: My room was suppose to be 130.00 dollars a night ending up costing 1433.00 for the 5 days not…
Good: It was cute and cozy
Bad: The pillow sucked but maybe it was just me lol also wish we knew ahead of time we needed a credit card not debit card on arrival for the deposit or what ever. The lady let us instead pay 250 than got it refunded after ... good thing we even had that amount of money. My partner was visiting for a hospital apt .. we’re far away from home so it was important he got into the room fast to be comfortable
The location! It doesnt get any better! Everything is within walking distance! Eaton Centre, Dundas Sq, CN Tower...

We have stayed here several times in the past month and it's in a prime Toronto location. Easy access to the subway and the PATH. The lack of a king bed option is the only negative for this hotel. Reasonably priced and hotel staff are welcoming.
Good: decor, and cleanliness of the room was excellent Bad: Mattress seemed a bit aged
Bad: Some staff at hotel front need attitude adjustment
Bond Hotel is updayed rooms, friendly staff and is always very clean. The staff here go above and beyond their…
Great central location for reasonable prices! It’s not a quiet neighbourhood and the windows aren’t well insulated, so the rooms are not very quiet if city noise (sirens, car horns, school children playing) bothers you, but it’s clean and well-appointed and the staff are lovely and efficient.
Good: I really liked how everything was so close by will be returning for future concerts Bad: I didn't like…
I enjoyed my time in Toronto Ontario, although it did seem quite noticeable that the locals didn’t appreciate the fact that I was a tourist. It almost seemed like some of the employees at the Bond (and other business establishments) were going out of their way to make these more challenging for me.
