Good: Excellent location: a minute's walk from Yonge-Dundas Square and the subway. Also within a walking distance of other sites such as Toronto's old and new city halls and the Toronto sign. You can also make it to the waterfront by foot and get to explore the city. Bad: *Wi-Fi at the hotel is not provided free of charge. Connection got slow at times. *No breakfast buffet available at the place. *This part of the city is quite busy around the clock and can get noisy at night.
