Q: How do I confirm my reservation?

Q: How can I change my reservation details?

2) If you made your reservation on our website and have your confirmation number, please click the “Modify/Cancel” tab on our reservations page to make any changes.
Q: Can I register my details online on a waiting list if no room is available?
A: We currently do not have the software that can register a wait list.
Q: Can I make a reservation on someone’s behalf?
A: Yes. All reservations are required to be guaranteed with a credit card. If you are paying on someone’s behalf, you are required to fill out a “Credit Card Authorization Form”. The hotel has established a minumum age requirement of 19 years of age to hold a reservation.
Q: Can I reserve a non-smoking room?
A: We are a 100% non-smoking hotel.
Q: Can I check-in earlier?
A: Our check-in time is at 3 p.m. but if your room is ready before 3 p.m., we will be happy to check you in. If your room is not ready before 3 p.m., we will store your luggage. This service is complimentary.
Q: Can I extend my check-out time?
A: Our check-out time is 11:00 AM. We will offer a late check-out until noon subject to availability. If you would like to extend your check-out time up to 3 p.m., there will be a late check-out fee of CAD $55. After 3 p.m., full day charges are levied.
Q: My arrival may be delayed. At what time does the hotel reception close?
A: Our Front Desk operates 24 hours a day.
Canceling a reservation
Q: How can I cancel my reservation?
A: You can call us at (416) 362-6061 or (800) 268-9390 (toll free) or you can send us an e-mail at email@example.com. If you made the reservation through our website, you can also cancel it online.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Our cancellation policy 2 p.m. the day of arrival. For cancellations received after 2 p.m. the day of arrival, a one-night charge will be applied to the credit card that was used to reserve the room.
Q: When do I pay for my accommodation?
A: We pre-authorize the credit card upon check-in and charge it upon check-out, except in the case of “Advance Paid” reservations that are charged on the date of the booking for 100% of the duration of the stay.
Q: Which credit cards do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, En Route, and Discover.
Q: Can I pay in advance with my credit card?
A: Yes, you can, but we will need a written authorization. You can call or e-mail us in order to have the authorization form sent to you. Pre-paid reservations are non-refundable.
Q: What is the Room tax?
A: HST is the Room tax at a rate of 13 percent.
Q: Can I send my luggage to the hotel in advance?
A: Yes, you can send your luggage to the hotel in advance. Please ensure your name is clearly indicated on the luggage.
Q: Do the rooms have Internet access?
A: We offer WiFi service for a fee and we also have a business centre in our lobby that offers internet access for a small fee.
Q: Can I reserve a car parking space?
A: Parking is subject to availability. We offer an underground parking facility located at the North East corner of the Bond Street and Dundas Street East intersection. Parking rates are $19.00 overnight, valid until 11:00 AM, or $25.00 for a 24-Hour period. Daily parking rate also available. In and out priveleges are offered.
Q: Can I earn frequent flyer miles from my stay?
A: We do not offer any awards programs at this time.
Q: I have left something behind at the hotel.
A: Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can check our lost and found. If you're missing item is found we can arrange to have it sent back to you at a charge.
